However, we’ve gradually reduced our activity there to focus more on developing and promoting designs through GioInk’s own platform. For production and fulfillment, we currently use both Spreadshop and Printful, depending on the product type and regional logistics.

Products are printed on-demand using high-quality materials such as 100% cotton, organic cotton, tri-blends, and performance fabrics, depending on the item and fulfillment location.

Spreadshop offers a 30 - day return policy for eligible items, while Printful handles claims for damaged or misprinted products within 30 days of delivery. Yes, it might be a bit confusing for you. The difference is that if you buy directly without customizing, the product will automatically be processed by Printful. If you use the customization tool, Spreadshop will produce it.
